Processing Time

Orders are processed in 2–5 business days.
We do not ship instantly, so don’t expect same-day shipping.


Shipping Times

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days

These are estimates—not guarantees. Delays happen.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We don’t hide fees—what you see is what you pay.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email.
If you don’t check your email, that’s on you.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • weather
  • customs

If it’s delayed, we’ll help—but we don’t control the mail.


Wrong Address

If you enter the wrong address, your package is gone.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking says “delivered,” we consider it delivered.
We do not replace stolen packages.


International Orders

You are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import charges.
We don’t cover those.
